| hola all..
not much going on.. well, ok there's lots.. was in boston last wednesday through saturday for a conference.. "Small Learning Communities".. yeah I'm a teacher geek.
Leave for St. Lucia on June 3rd to get married on June 10th, woo hoo.. and the single chapter of my life comes to a close at last.
To think I was engaged for the first time almost 10 years ago.. I would've been married like 8 years now, sheesh, scary. My advice, do not get married young.. wait until your upper 20's. Trust me on this one.. You won't miss out on anything getting married at 28 that you would've had getting married at 22, but married at 22, that's it for life, and you will miss out on some great experiences you might have otherwise had.
Have you backpacked across europe yet? Graduated from college? Truly broken a heart and had yours broken? Explore your curiosities? Dated someone tall, someone short, someone blonde, someone brunette.. Get it out of your system, and when you get married, it will just feel right, period.
Love isn't work, it's just right, once you're in the right place for it and you meet the right person. I once wondered if all of the angst is "just the way it is.. it's normal". Guess what, it's not.. It means it's time to move on. That's what dating is, finding the right person, it means keep going.

Alias comes back on tonight for a 2 hour episode. . it's been off the air for months now. Final episodes, sadness.

| Sometimes you're thankful for family. Sometimes you wish you didn't have any at all. Like the aunt who has nothing better to do than cause trouble.
